Confidentiality Guaranteed
We understand how important confidentiality is to you and your company – our online uploader is secure. All files can be deleted thoroughly from our systems as and when you require – some clients like us to delete them as soon as the dictation is finished, some require us to keep them for three days, seven days, one month… it’s up to you!
We work to standard non-disclosure agreement, and all of our Underliners sign the same too. Additionally, we are happy to sign any inhouse confidentiality agreement you wish us to.
